This accessibility statement applies to the website https://simidat.ujaen.es of the SIMiDat research group.

Compliance status

Non-accessible content

Non-compliance with Royal Decree 1112/2018

  • Some PDF documents (papers, theses and other documents) published after 20 September 2018 are not tagged, so screen readers cannot correctly interpret their structure (requirements 10.1.3.1 Info and relationships and 10.1.3.2 Meaningful sequence of standard UNE-EN 301549:2022).
  • The widget with the latest LinkedIn posts on the home page is provided by an external service (Elfsight) and its accessibility has not been verified. The same posts can be read directly on the LinkedIn page of the group.

Disproportionate burden

Not applicable.

Content outside the scope of the applicable legislation

  • Office files (PDF) published before 20 September 2018 that are not needed for active administrative processes (article 3.4 of Royal Decree 1112/2018).
  • Third-party content that is neither funded nor developed by the University of Jaén nor under its control, such as the embedded MakeCode (micro:bit) editors on the European Researchers' Night pages (article 3.4).
