Research Group

The SIMIDAT research group, founded in 2007, is made up of 10 senior researchers. Their work lines are focused on two research branches: knowledge discovery and the application of artificial intelligence techniques to the development of solutions to real-world problems. The SIMIDAT research experience is concentrated in the areas of data science, big data, deep learning, machine learning, soft computing and optimization techniques. These techniques are undertaken over a variety of application domains, such as medicine, education, economy or security.

SIMiDat is part of the Andalusian Research Institute in Data Science and Computational Intelligence (DaSCI Institute).

The union of our work team is the strength to get a satisfactory job. A multidisciplinary expert team allows us the development of intelligent systems in different and diverse topics.

We conduct research on different aspects and inductions: systems for predictive and descriptive induction, applications in agronomy, biomedicine, deep learning.

Projects

A large number of projects and collaborations in the research of data analysis groups guarantee the quality of our work.

Research

The group's research focuses on advancing artificial intelligence through deep learning, streaming data analysis, evolutionary algorithms, supervised descriptive learning, multi-learning, and neural networks.
